Your privacy matters. This notice explains how Believe Perinatal Care, operated by Sonam Pall Jetley in Orlando, Florida, handles information connected with this website, clarity-call bookings, and inquiries.
You do not need to describe a diagnosis, medical history, birth trauma, or other private postpartum or mental-health experiences to request a call. This website is not a clinical intake portal or a channel for urgent help.
Information you choose to share
- Booking information: When you book through Google Calendar, information can include your name, email address, selected appointment time, and any optional information you submit.
- Inquiries: If you email us, we receive your email address, message, and any other information you choose to include. If you contact us on Instagram, that conversation takes place through Instagram rather than a website form.
- Call coordination: Appointment correspondence and Zoom invitations are used to arrange your call. Please limit calendar notes to scheduling information.
How information is used
We use information you provide to respond to your inquiry, schedule and manage appointments, send meeting information, and provide the support or resources you request. Booking a call is not consent to receive unrelated marketing emails.
Information may also be used when reasonably necessary to maintain services, protect against misuse, or meet applicable legal obligations. This website does not accept payments or collect payment-card details.
Booking, email, and other service providers
Booking buttons open Google Calendar in a new tab. Calls take place on Zoom, with the meeting link sent after booking. Email, hosting, and communication providers may process information needed to deliver their services. Their own privacy policies also apply when you use those services.

Booking details and inquiries are not posted publicly by Believe Perinatal Care. Information may be shared with service providers as needed to operate these services, or when required by law or necessary to protect safety or legal rights. A client testimonial is displayed only with the client's permission.
Website visits and cookies
This website does not include a general contact form, embedded booking calendar, or advertising pixels. Its fonts are hosted with the website rather than loaded from an external font service.
Cloudflare hosts and protects the website. The hosted pages also include a Cloudflare measurement script for website usage and performance. Depending on the service involved, Cloudflare may process technical information such as browser and device information, page requests, performance measurements, IP addresses, and access logs. Google Calendar, Zoom, Instagram, and other external services may use cookies or similar technologies when you visit or use them. This notice does not replace their policies.
Retention and security
We aim to keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, including follow-up, requested services, and relevant business or legal obligations. Retention can vary by the type of information and the service involved; this notice does not promise a fixed deletion deadline.
No online service, email system, or method of storage can be guaranteed completely secure. Please do not send sensitive health information through general inquiry channels.
Your questions and choices
You can ask about information you have provided, request a correction, or request deletion by emailing sonampalljetley@gmail.com. We will review your request, verify your identity where appropriate, and respond in line with applicable requirements. Some records may need to be retained for legal or legitimate business reasons, and providers may need to handle requests about their own records directly.
To cancel or change an appointment, use the options in your booking confirmation where available, or contact us by email. Please do not include sensitive details in a privacy request.
Scope and updates
Believe Perinatal Care provides non-clinical coaching, not diagnosis, therapy, medical treatment, or emergency care. This website is intended for adults. Any separate coaching agreement or service-specific privacy information will be provided as appropriate before services begin.
We may update this notice when the website or our practices change. The date above identifies the latest version.
