Less overwhelmed.
More present.
More like yourself.

You love your baby. But the worry, the short fuse and the feeling that you've lost yourself can make motherhood feel like something to get through, not enjoy.

I help postpartum moms manage anxiety and find themselves again. My 6-week signature program uses a personalized INTO roadmap to turn conversations into practical steps toward calmer, more present motherhood.

Free. No pressure. A first step toward support.

Non-clinical coaching. I do not diagnose or treat.

You do not have to keep pushing through alone. Support can be personal, practical and purposeful.

Six weeks. One personalized roadmap.

Feeling heard matters.
Knowing what comes next matters, too.

The day starts with a mental list and ends with nothing left for you. Small conversations with your partner turn tense. Even a quiet moment with your baby can be crowded by what-ifs.

If this has become your everyday, another “hang in there” is not enough. You need room to be heard and a plan for what changes next. That is what we build through INTO.

The everyday life we work toward

Being with your baby and enjoying the moment. Feeling calmer when plans change. Knowing what matters today, what can wait and how to ask for help. Having room to be you, not only the person everyone needs.

You deserve to feel happy in this season, not just get through it. You do not have to be happy every day to be a good mom.

My signature method

INTO a life that feels more like yours.

Identify. Name. Take Action. Own It.
A clear direction, personalized to you.

Identify

Understand what's going on. Explore your patterns, pressures and routines so we can see where you need support.

Name

Put words to your needs and the problems that keep coming up. Together, we name your priorities and build your roadmap.

Take Action

Practice coping tools, guided exercises and manageable changes. We review what works and adjust what doesn't.

Own It

Recognize your personal pitfalls and know which tools to reach for. Leave with a maintenance plan and the confidence to use it.

The aim is not to keep you dependent on coaching. It is to help you build skills you can use long after our six weeks.

Client testimonial

A breath of fresh air.

Eloisa Morales

“As a mother, this coaching program was an absolute breath of fresh air. So often, we feel overwhelmed by the demands of motherhood and turn to doomscrolling, only to walk away feeling even more guilty and discouraged.

This coaching session created a safe space to be open and honest about my feelings while helping me take actionable steps toward feeling more confident and successful as a mom. Instead of getting stuck in the endless cycle of mom guilt, I walked away with practical tools and a fresh perspective to help me show up as the mother I want to be.

It was such a refreshing reminder that we don’t have to navigate motherhood feeling overwhelmed or like we’re never doing enough.”

A few helpful answers

Before we talk.

When you feel like you're drowning in the day-to-day, you need more than somewhere to talk. This program is designed to help you move from overwhelm toward a personal system you can use to manage everyday challenges with more confidence.

Through INTO, we connect each session to your goals, practice tools and build a maintenance plan. The aim is for you to recognize your patterns and know what to do next, without relying on ongoing coaching. Your plan and pace are tailored to you, not a cookie-cutter process.

No. This is non-clinical coaching. I do not diagnose or treat mental health conditions. We focus on your everyday routines, coping tools, communication and goals.

Coaching can complement therapy, but it does not replace clinical care. If you need referrals or additional support, I will help you explore appropriate options.

No. We do much of the reflection, guided exercises and tool practice together in our sessions. You leave with a few practical tools and supporting resources you can use in daily life, not a pile of assignments.

We work at a pace that feels comfortable and realistic for you, adjusting as we go. Your baby can be with you during Zoom sessions; you do not need to show up polished.

We start with a free 15-minute clarity call to understand your needs and what you would like to change. From there, I'll explain the program and we can decide whether it feels like the right fit.

Pricing is shared in our conversation, with space for questions and no pressure to commit.
